I just finished my 10th Firm Workout and they were completely right.  I did see results in 10 workouts!  Things are starting to "firm" up and I'm totally stoked!  This weekend should be a challenge because it's Pioneer Days in Palisade, which means a lot of really good food is going to be tempting me for the next two days.  Dave and I did sign up for the 3K walk tomorrow so that should be a good way to start the weekend!
Weight Loss Reason #16- I will be participating in my first 3K walk!
Weight Loss Reason #17- I want to be around for my son for a long time to come.
